The Levis name has been associated with jeans since 1873, a patent was granted on 20th May 1873, this is considered the birthday of blue jeans. Levis are masters in the denim trade, in 1890 the first pair of Levis were assigned the number 501 which the style still bears today. Denim that has been going for over 100 years must really be something special. Each and every pair of Levis jeans is crafted with heritage and authenticity.
